By focusing on color schemes and design elements that reflect the game's identity rather than reinventing the hardware, Sony creates a cohesive experience for collectors.

The collection, scheduled for release on September 15, 2026, features a variety of peripherals and console customizations. Pre-orders for the set begin on August 19, 2026. The lineup includes:

Design Inspired by 'Battle Reborn'

The design of the 'Battle Yellow' bundle draws direct inspiration from the "Battle Reborn" suit featured in the upcoming game by Insomniac. Instead of simply applying a logo, the hardware is stylized with visceral claw marks, creating the illusion that Wolverine has physically interacted with the console itself. For those preferring a more subdued look, the 'Adamantium' option offers a sleek, metallic finish available for the DualSense controller and PS5 Pro covers.


Regarding the artistic direction, graphic artist Jock, who contributed to the game's aesthetic, noted the importance of blending traditional illustration with gaming technology. He stated: «I wanted to show Wolverine at his fiercest for Marvel's Wolverine Limited Edition PS5 Console bundle and accessories. I'm stunned by how well the console and accessories captured the raw energy of the drawing, bringing Wolverine to life in a completely unique way».


A Physical Touch in a Digital Era

Insomniac has confirmed that the Marvel’s Wolverine game will include a physical disc inside the bundle, ensuring that collectors can hold onto a tangible piece of the game alongside their custom hardware.
