Motorola has previewed its upcoming Edge 70 Fusion smartphone, positioning it as a compelling mid-range option. The device is set to be the first phone to utilize Sony's new 50MP LYT-710 camera sensor, promising enhanced low-light photography and brighter video highlights. The camera system also includes a 13MP ultrawide lens alongside macro and depth modules.
The phone will feature a 144Hz display with 1.5K resolution and curved edges, achieving a high screen-to-body ratio. A key highlight is the massive 7000mAh battery, claimed to provide up to 52 hours of use, all within a slim 7.99mm body. Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.
For distinctive aesthetics, the Edge 70 Fusion will be offered in five Pantone-curated colors and will sport a unique fabric finish on its rear panel. The full reveal is expected at Mobile World Congress 2026 in early March.
