New leaks suggest Samsung's next flagship, the Galaxy S26 Ultra, will address a persistent image quality problem. Tipster Ice Universe claims photos from the S26 Ultra will show less banding in gradient areas compared to its predecessor, thanks to tweaked image processing, despite using the same primary sensor.

Another leak reveals a 'Very White' color option. The phone is also rumored to feature a new 'Flex Magic Pixel' OLED display, developed over five years, which can restrict viewing angles for privacy, allowing control over which screen elements are shielded.

However, the S26 Ultra is expected to be more expensive than the S25 Ultra at launch. This price hike is attributed to increased DRAM and NAND flash costs, driven by high demand from AI data centers.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra is anticipated to be unveiled at Samsung's Galaxy Unpacked event on February 25th in San Francisco, with potential retail availability starting March 11th.
