Metroid Ravenous Brings 2D Action to Next-Gen
During the latest Nintendo Direct event, which highlighted over 30 titles, the company officially announced a new installment in the storied Metroid series. Titled Metroid Ravenous, this title serves as a direct follow-up to the highly praised 2021 release, Metroid Dread.
The game maintains the classic side-scrolling platforming mechanics that define the franchise. In this new journey, Samus Aran finds herself trapped on an enigmatic moon, forced to battle a host of formidable new adversaries.
